Our coffee is cultivated in carefully prepared soils, where each plant is nurtured with patience and expertise throughout its growth. When the cherries reach peak ripeness, they are hand-selected with precision, ensuring that only the finest fruit is chosen.

This meticulous attention continues through the wet milling process, where the cherries are gently transformed into green coffee beans. Using pure water and controlled movement, each bean is carefully cleaned while preserving its integrity.

The beans are then sun-dried under open skies and turned consistently to ensure perfect balance. This natural process lays the foundation for the nuanced flavors that will later be revealed through roasting.

Before roasting, every batch is hand-sorted by skilled artisans—an extraordinary display of craftsmanship and dedication that ensures only the highest-quality beans move forward.

Coffee has been part of our family’s story for generations. In 1982, our grandfather, Arturo, planted the first seeds in Cobán—laying the foundation for a legacy rooted in passion, dedication, and respect for the land.

While we no longer harvest from our original farm, that legacy continues to guide us. Today, we collaborate with one of Guatemala’s most respected roasteries, combining advanced roasting technology with expert craftsmanship to achieve perfection in every batch.
